Next, we look at how you move. We test mobility, stability, and basic movement patterns to identify strengths, limitations, and opportunities for improvement. This tells us what your body needs to stay healthy and progress safely.

Strength Assesment

Your session finishes with a strength profile using VALD force plates and the Force Frame. We measure output, balance, and asymmetries to understand how you generate force and where gaps may exist. This helps us build a program that targets what will make the biggest impact.
