Pick a time that works. We’ll send you a quick intake form so your coach knows your background, goals, and any limitations before you walk in the door.

Your coach takes you through a full movement screen, InBody body composition scan, and a real conversation about what you’re trying to accomplish. This isn’t a sales pitch — it’s a diagnostic.
STEP 03
Walk out with a clear picture of where you stand — your movement quality, body composition, and strength levels — plus a plan built around your body, your goals, and your schedule.
Your assessment takes about 60 minutes. Here’s what we cover:
Full movement screening — how your body moves, where it’s limited
InBody body composition scan — muscle, fat, water, segmental detail
Strength baseline testing — where you’re starting from
Goal-setting conversation — what matters to you, how we get there
Program recommendation — the path that fits your life
