How many sessions per week do I need?

Most clients train 2–4 times per week. Your coach will recommend a frequency based on your goals, schedule, and recovery capacity.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

That's exactly what the assessment is for. We identify limitations first and build your program around them — not through them.

How is this different from other personal training?
